GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation

With your telephone, verbal or written reservation - also by E-Mail - you give your reservation obligatorily to us. This treaty becomes only binding for us, if we confirm your reservation.

2. Payment

A pre-payment of a value of 30% has to be transferred within 10 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation to our bank-account. Without a pre-payment no requirement for a room reservation exists for you.

3. Resignation

You may cancel your reservation at any time. For the avoidance of misunderstandings, we recommend to you, to explain the cancellation in writing. In the case of a cancellation the cancellation fees amount as follows:

·  up to 60 days before travel beginning 10%
·  up to 30 days before travel beginning 40%
·  up to 15 days before travel beginning 50%
·  starting from 14 days before travel beginning 80%

If a guest does not come to us without cancellation, 100 % of the reservation price has to be paid. For the handling of the cancellation you have to pay additionally a unique fee of € 30. -

4. Changing the reservation date

A changing of your reservation date is possible until 30 days before travel beginning. You have to pay a unique fee of € 30, - for handling charges. Reservation dates which will be changed after this period are considered as a cancellation with new reservation.
